We will periodically update our Terms of Service to provide transparency in alignment with laws and regulations.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

These terms provide important information including our limitation of liability, your waiver of any right to participate in a class action, and your agreement to resolve any disputes between you and TAPM BIZ TECH by binding individual arbitration. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is important you read our Terms and Conditions before using our Services at TAPM BIZ TECH. By accessing our Services at TAPM BIZ TECH and/ or by checking a box that indicates Terms and Conditions Accepted, you confirm your understanding of and agree with our Terms and Conditions at TAPM BIZ TECH. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, you do not have permission to access our Services.

 

When you order online, we will fulfill your requests. We will ensure you receive the item(s) you have fully paid for and checked out of our online shopping cart 🛒. Your product(s) will be delivered at your shipping address provided.

 

Users are prohibited from sale of product offerings on our website, unless exempted to do so solely on the basis of obtaining a written permission from the owner/author of the website.

 

Under the Child Online Protection Act 1998, children under the age of 13 are required to obtain parental or guardianship approval to use this website; As site usage may require payment card information and financial transaction for purchasing products listed on our product offering browser page.

 

 

Website Development and Designs

We develop and design your website based on the information you provide to us. Any additional information displayed on your website created by us is strictly at your discretion and approval. We will check with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to ensure your website is compliant according to the Best Practices of Web Development.

All email address associated with your website are mandated to be verified with the requisite webhost as per ICANN registrar requirements. Should this be omitted your associated domain name will be blocked by the webhost. Please ensure the verification of your email has been completed. Otherwise you will receive an email with the following "We are required to (re)verify your email address, otherwise your domain name will be blocked." Each year website owners Wii be sent an email for renewal notification and confirmation by webhost.

Upon project completion for Web Development and Design, all rights are handed over to email owner.

Should owner wish to have updates on a completed website, website owner must request permission from developer to add email for further updates.

Should you the owner require deletion after account has been handed over to you, you the website owner must contact webhost to delete your website or follow the applicable instructions given by web-host.

 

Website Password Access

Once website development has been completed, temporary password will be given to you the owner. You the website account owner will be required to change the password to your choice of new password.

For reasons of safety, security and privacy, please use the reset password option for access should there be future password issues. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password for website access. You agree to notify the webhost immediately at the respective customer support email as you become aware of any breach of your website credentials or security through your account.

Should you have a message or request, you may use any method to reach out to us.

Rules Governing Natural Disasters

We at TAPM do understand that there can be unpredictable natural disasters such as hurricanes, storms, tsunamis, wildfires, heat waves global pandemic and other unforeseen interferences.

Should a payment be required and there is a global interference such as electricity and Internet availability, users are required to make all outstanding payments as agreed, the next business day or immediately upon electricity and internet restoration. Users may also make alternative payment arrangements to complete monetary transactions by means of other transfers or cheque related payments. 

We at TAPM should be given the same time frame contracted at initial agreement to fulfil user requests upon restoration of electricity and internet connectivity

We may revise our Terms and Conditions periodically at our sole discretion. Changes to the Governing Law and Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution sections will not apply to any disputes for which our client/(s) have actual notice on or before the date of which the actual change is posted through our Services.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds are permitted only within 24 hours.

All refunds within 24 hours will attract a fee of 25% for small projects and 35% for major projects. Small projects are projects within the scope of $350.

After 24 hours and projects have begun refund requests are not allowed.

All prices given are in US dollars. Any currency proposed will be converted to the US dollar equivalent.

Collaboration

We provide a platform where emerging and professional writers can connect and collaborate with us at TAPM BIZ TECH. We welcome collaboration for ghost writing. ✍️ 

Outsourcing

TAPM will not take credit for another persons work.

Any part of work outsourced will be clearly outlined that that portion of work was outsourced. 

TAPM has the sole and full responsibility to outsource work to any capable or reputable freelancers available to suit company and client needs. 

Proforma Invoices

We will send you an invoice on the nature of your request, which will indicate what action steps we will agree to take or have done based upon consideration of our agreement to complete the job. 

 

Copyright 

Copyright is a legal right granted to the creators of original works of authorship, including literary and artistic works, to protect their intellectual property. This right provides the owner with exclusive control over how their work can be used, reproduced, distributed and displayed. It protects the expression of ideas

At TAPM we collaborate to write books. Upon completion of the manuscript TAPM has the sole right to have manuscript shared with a three (3) selected persons to review for any necessary corrections or amendments. This can only be done after author has granted permission orally and in writing or electronically by email.

TAPM will not copy or distribute any book without the author's permission after publication.

Authors are responsible for all images submitted to TAPM and must ensure that copyright guidelines for those images are followed.

Website Owners are responsible for images displayed on a website. 

Authors are responsible to checking for watermarks, copyright symbols or license details directly on images.

Copyright infringement can occur when one uses a copyrighted work without permission from the copyright holder for copying, distributing or displaying. It is about respecting the rights of creators and using their work only with their permission or under the terms of a license.

Tools such as Google Images, TinEte, Visual Search by Bling or Yandex Images can be used to check along with The U.S. Copyright Office public catalog for registered copyright records. Check the image metadata. Research the data.

Final payment is required prior to work done being released to author. 
Conditions are to be accepted for book writing.
